The cultivation plan of College Students' interest in scientific research is that the University and teachers with scientific research funds jointly set up scientific research topics to support undergraduates with spare capacity to carry out scientific research.
(1) Application and review
Declare once a year. Teachers propose scientific research projects suitable for undergraduates to participate in and complete. Each teacher guides no more than 2 research projects. Non-graduating students apply in the form of project team. Each student participates in no more than 2 research projects and is responsible for no more than 1 research project. The college organizes experts to conduct a preliminary review of the project, and the project is approved and announced by the academic affairs office.
(2) Project implementation
After the project is approved, the members of the project team formulate the work plan and implementation plan, and carry out the project research under the guidance of teachers. The implementation time of the project is 1-2 years, which must be completed before the graduation of the project leader. After the completion of the project, the project leader shall submit the closing materials to the college where the instructor is located. The college shall organize the final acceptance and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office for review. If the project is not completed within the time limit, it shall be terminated.
(3) Fund management
The school subsidizes one research project for the instructor, and the other projects are raised by the instructor. The finance department shall set up a special account, which shall be jointly managed by the project leader and the instructor, and the special fund shall be used for special purpose. After the project is completed, the remaining funds will be recovered.
