On the morning of March 25, Zhuang Tianhui, Secretary of the Party committee of the University, Wang Kedong, director of the party and political office, Zhou Yuhua, director of the state owned assets and infrastructure department, and Zhang Shiyong, a level 6 employee of the logistics management department, went to the Institute of water resources and Hydropower to investigate the construction of undergraduate laboratories and guide their work.
Zhuang Tianhui fully affirmed the achievements made by the college in talent training, faculty construction, discipline and specialty construction in recent years. She asked the college to make good use of the existing experimental teaching conditions, earnestly do a good job in laboratory construction planning, establish a project library, clean up urgently needed equipment, and reverse the construction period to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate experiment and practical teaching. At the same time, she requires teachers, especially new young teachers, to concentrate on undergraduate teaching, improve classroom teaching level and talent training quality, and accumulate in scientific research step by step before innovation and breakthrough. She also encourages teachers to constantly improve themselves, grasp the school's policies, make good use of policy dividends, form a scientific research team, give full play to the advantages of the college with good prospects for professional development, find a good direction and realize personal value. When each teacher develops well, the school will develop well. She is also concerned about the employment and promotion of college students, and hopes that teachers can guide students in different levels and classifications, help students make accurate planning, and further improve the employment quality of the college.
Zhuang Tianhui and his party focused on the Hydropower Station Laboratory, rural drinking water safety laboratory, soil mechanics laboratory, hydraulics and Hydrodynamics Laboratory, new energy material testing and analysis laboratory used for undergraduate experimental (Practical) teaching, as well as the new energy material preparation and testing laboratory introduced by the college as an academic backbone associate professor Zhao Yang.
Hou Li, Secretary of the Party committee of the college, Hu Jian, Lu Xiuyuan, vice presidents and teachers of relevant departments participated in the research.
