Liu Weihong extended a warm welcome to the 5-member delegation from the Institute of water resources and hydropower, and gave a detailed introduction to the concept of school local cooperation between the Institute and the water resources bureau. Hou Li made a brief introduction to the history of the school, the situation of the college, the discipline setting of the college, the talent training and the current situation of the development of the college. She said that the college will give full play to its advantages based on Ya'an and backed by Ya'an, actively deepen the degree of cooperation between the college and local authorities, expand the breadth of industrial exchanges, strengthen the dimension of teaching practice, deeply participate in the construction of local ecological civilization, better serve the local economic construction of Ya'an, and transport high-quality talents for industrial development and social construction.
It is reported that in order to help improve the comprehensive management ability of river and lake ecological environment, promote the management and protection experience of "liberate River and lake" and build the training brand of river head system in Sichuan Province, 9 units including Sichuan Provincial Department of water resources, Sichuan provincial river head office, Ya'an municipal Water Resources Bureau and our school of water resources and hydropower will jointly adopt the cooperative mode to establish a river head system training base in Mingshan district. At the meeting, the two sides focused on the teaching system of the base. At the meeting, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement of teaching and scientific research base was held and the license was awarded. The two sides also exchanged views on the joint construction of the party and the league, teaching practice and the brand building of water culture in Mingshan district.
