The college students' entrepreneurship training (practice) program is designed to select entrepreneurship training (practice) projects by the undergraduate team under the guidance of tutors, and enhance students' employment and entrepreneurship ability by completing the preparation of business plans, carrying out feasibility studies, simulating enterprise operation, participating in enterprise practice and writing entrepreneurship reports.
(1) Entrepreneurship training programs must be declared in the form of undergraduate teams (students of different majors, grades and backgrounds are encouraged to form teams, but the specific division of labor of each member in the program must be clarified). Each student can only participate in one program. The college conducts a preliminary review of the applied projects and recommends the best ones to the school. The school organizes experts to conduct a Defense Review of the recommended projects, and the defense reporter is randomly selected from the members of the project team. The implementation time of the project shall not exceed 2 years, and the students must complete the conclusion before graduation.
(2) The project is divided into national level, provincial level, school level and institute level. Select and recommend provincial and national projects on the basis of the implementation of college level and school level projects. The university will give certain financial support to national, provincial and school level projects. The implementation of national, provincial and school level projects is managed by the enrollment and employment department, and college level projects are managed by the college.
(3) Each entrepreneurship project must be equipped with instructors, who should have the strength of scientific and technological development, entrepreneurship education experience or entrepreneurship practice experience, and be responsible for the guidance, supervision and management of the project. After the completion of the project, the members of the project team shall carefully fill in the report on the conclusion of College Students' entrepreneurship training project to summarize the implementation of the project. The final materials of the preliminary examination project of the college shall be accepted by the enrollment and employment department.
