The College of water resources and hydropower was established in March 2014 by the majors of agricultural water conservancy engineering, water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering and agricultural building environment and energy of the former school of information and engineering technology of Sichuan Agricultural University.
At present, there are Party committee office, administrative office, agricultural water conservancy engineering department, water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Department and energy and power engineering department. There is a secondary discipline master of Science Program (agricultural water and Soil Engineering), a professional master of Science Program (Civil and water conservancy), and three undergraduate enrollment Majors: Department of agricultural water conservancy engineering, Department of water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, and Department of energy and power engineering. There are 1585 full-time undergraduates and 77 postgraduates.
The college has 47 staff, including 14 with senior titles and 30 with intermediate titles. There are 43 teachers with doctor's and master's degrees and 25 master's supervisors; Two teachers won the special prize for undergraduate classroom teaching quality, and six teachers studied in the United States, Israel, Australia, Japan and other countries. At present, the college has one provincial-level first-class undergraduate major (agricultural and water conservancy engineering), one collaborative education project of the Ministry of education, one provincial-level first-class social practice course and one key laboratory of the Department of education of Sichuan Province.

Relevant instructions
